The pastor of a Catawba County church in North Carolina was arrested on Monday and charged with 'indecent liberties with a minor'. Pastor Bradley Moss, a 38 year old man from Hickory, was charged after an investigation by Newton police and the Catawba County Department of Social Services. Moss is pastor of Victory Empowerment Church near Newton.
